Living in Marina/Monterey, I never need to worry about getting a sunburn--well almost never. Today was actually 70 degrees and tomorrow is supposed to be 82!! I went to playgroup today and came home with--that's right--a sunburn. I am so excited. So tomorrow, we are off to the beach; I think we will break out the sunscreen for that.

You wouldn't get a sunburn if you were here, we seem to be getting the liquid type of sunshine! To bad I can't talk your Dad into a trip south!!
We really need some sun here--Janae tries to run outside whenever the door opens! I took both her and Ben out for a walk in the rain yesterday, and Janae sat in a mud puddle almost right away and got completely soaked. I let the kids stay out and splash in the puddles for a bit longer, but I was worried they'd get too cold. It must be nice to live in California!!!
Sorry to comment twice, but I forgot to mention that your post reminded me of Tina in our Hawaii video when she said getting a sunburn was "better than being white!" :)
