I've been sitting on some BIG news
No, I'm NOT pregnant--we're moving!! So, Mike got a job offer that is exactly what he wants to do (and should be doing). We felt like we couldn't pass it up. The only hard part is...it's in LA. So we are excited about the new opportunity but REALLY sad to leave so many awsome friends--seriously you guys--you're the best!!! Mike starts his new job in a couple weeks, but we aren't moving until the beginning of December. Wish us luck finding a place to live...that is cheaper than $4000/month. So, on to an new chapter of our lives I guess. We will definately miss this place. We moved to Monterey when Jordan was 2yrs old and Kya was just a newborn baby. I can't believe we are leaving.

Say it aint so, Anita!!! Well congratulations on the job! That is great news. But we're REALLY going to miss you! Mind if we stop by next time we're in So. Cal.? :-)
CONGRATULATIONS on a new job! I hope he is really happy there and that its a good fit for your family.
Congrats! Moving is never easy, but it usually is worth it. I'm excited though because we might get to see you now. We fly into LA to visit Dave's family near Bakersfield about once a year. We're headed for Thanksgiving this year, but maybe next summer we can meet up with you!
I like that picture at the beach! Good luck with your move. What part of LA are you moving to? I have a brother that lives in Camarillo (Ventura county) and a sister that lives in Huntington Beach (Orange county.) They both love their places of residence. At least the beach will still be close by most likely, right? Moving is always an adventure ;D
Can you please find a house across from disneyland, we are coming in march and would love to save some $$$$!!! Ah, I remember when you moved in......I guess it's a good market for you to move now, keep us posted!

GOOD LUCK finding somewhere to live. At least the housing market is down right now.
How exciting!!! Next time we're in San Diego we'll have to get together! There are A LOT of Union Square couples in LA! You'll LOVE it there!!! I'm the same as you with moving! Hate it. Hate leaving friends and the familiarity of it all...but...welcome a new adventure! Best of luck to you!!!
Oh fine, just take off and leave us here. (Not that it's a bad place to be "left", but we'll miss you!)
I'm especially going to miss Kya singing at the top of her little lungs during the Primary program.
She was the highlight as far as I'm concerned!

That's awesome!! Too bad you weren't there this past week or we could have had a visit....I love southern California!!! You're so lucky!!!
We're going to miss you so much. We'll see you when we go down to LA for Christmas hopefully.
Hey, we live in LA. You should email me and I can recommend some great places to live. Where in LA will he be working?
I'm sure you'll find lots of homes in your price range.
