We saw about 50 houses, 3/4 of which were total CRAP!!
We drove a good 6 hrs there, 5 hrs home.
We spent all day Saturday and most of Sunday in the car--driving from house to house to house to house...We listened to Kya cry because she didn't want to move (oh my gosh, this just broke my heart)
We listened to Kya cry because she didn't want to leave Daddy on the way back--this is what she said: "But Mom we learn at church that our families are going to be together forever, but our whole family isn't together now"--so sad
We went for a swim in a really loud, really cold pool
We stuffed the whole family in a tiny rental car because it had GPS
We didn't get to see Twilight...grrr

Did you find a place though? I hope the trip was successful, although not particularly enjoyable. :)
We did find a couple houses we are interested in. Nothing perfect, but some good choices. Now it's all about the final decision...which I am NOT good at.
Sounds fun, Anita :) I was wondering how you were going to see Twilight with so much going on--hopefully you'll get a chance soon. I wish we lived closer so we could have all the kids over while you go look at houses, etc.!
Sounds like Kya has been listening in Primary, that will make a lot of teachers happy--teachers who think nobody is listening to their lessons. I hope you and Mike can decide soon, you don't have much time you know (as if you didn't know).
Bummer on Twilight. Good luck on the final house decision. That is so hard!
What a great weekend! Sorry things were so horrible. Its hard to travel with kids, to house hunt with kids, and to move with kids. Doing it all at once can't be fun!
