Monthly Resolutions

Okay, so normally I make New Years resolutions in January and forget about them by April. This year I thought I would do things a little different. I am going to set a "resolution" for each month of the year.

My January goal is to get back into a diet and exercise routine (along with 90% of the world). With packing, moving, unpacking...and the stress of this past year I have really got out of the swing of things. So here we go...wish me luck. Oh, and any tips and/or advice about what has worked for you would be great:)

Great idea to set a new goal each month! I usually forget what my resolutions were three months later. I'm thinking this year I need to write them down and stick it on the fridge. Oh, and the goal to spend less is a great one! My sister-in-law did a nothing-but-needs month back in September and it really inspired me to think about how much we really need and how we spend our money. What a great idea to set monthly resolutions! I thought you looked really good in the picture--maybe the months without the gym haven't affected you as much as you think :) I'm happy that we don't have as many sweets in the house now that Chrismas is over, though--it's just too hard!

Tyson is getting very good at taking pictures! I wish you luck with you reolutions, but you look very good to me. Hasn't it been said that the camera dosen't lie!!
