When you've got a good book to read...

...the laundry doesn't get put away.
...the husband gets neglected.
...the kids complain nobody is playing with them.
...the kids get picked up late from school.
...the dinner gets left out.
...the boy watches too much tv.

and worst of all

...the blog doesn't get updated.

I am still reading The Memory Keeper's Daughter and I am so engrossed. If only I was a faster reader (and didn't have a million other things to do)! I'm sure now that Mike is gone, I'll get it finished much quicker. I'll let you all know what I think when it's over...what's going to happen (wait...don't tell me)?!

I'm glad you finally decided to read it! It's been a while since I've read something that I couldn't put down. . . . I'll look forward to hearing what you think at the end :)

That was an addicting book! I read it last year in Bermuda, luckily I had nothing else to do in the evenings. :)

Don't forget to post what you thought of it!

Isn't that a movie also, about a couple who has twins one with down syndrome and the father asked the nurse to take it to an instution but instead keeps the baby and raises it herself. I may be totallt wrong...It's a sad but good movie.

Sarah that is the same story! I didn't know they made a movie out of it. It's such a good book, but...I'm still not done.
