I finished my book today...and the next one doesn't come out until August 24th!! Yes, it's the Hunger Games series. So, now I need some summer reading...any suggestions?!

Have you read The Help or These is My Words? I just finished Winter Garden by Kristin Hannah and really liked it.
For light reading, I loved the Spellman books.
The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Society is really sweet.

I was thinking you probably haven't read much Canadian literature--a couple of authors I really like are Margaret Atwood (Alias Grace and Cat's Eye are two of my favorite novels) and Carol Shields (Unless and The Stone Diaries are both really good). You're welcome to borrow anything you like from my shelves when you are here this summer :)
I LOVE the Hunger Games! And I seriously can't wait for the next one. Hurry up, August!! I'm currently reading the Green Rider by Kristen Britain. So far, so good. Have you read any of Shannon Hale's books? Start with The Goose Girl. There are three more books in that series. And Princess Academy is really good, too.
