We spent way too long in the garage digging up our hats and scarves.
We stopped at Pep Boys to buy chains.
We made everyone very hot with layers of clothes and socks.
We stocked up on snacks and drinks.
We drove 2 1/2 hours.
We spent way too much money on a sled and gloves.
We finally got to the snow.
We sledded down the hill for about 45 min.
Jordan cried because she was too cold.
Kya cried because she was too cold.
Tyson cried because he was too cold.
Mike and I could have stayed there all day.
But after 1 hour, the kids were ready to go home!!
I wonder how they would do living in Canada?!

LOve it!! I bet my kids would do the same. It can be freezing here, well to me at least, and they could be playing outside in their swimsuits. But get them with snow, and who knows how they would do!!
I'm sure Benjamin would have loved the day in the snow, but Janae and Alaina would have been crying, too :) At least your kids won't grow up having never seen snow!
