I love the picture of Tyson and Kya--it reminded me so much of when Ben always used to dress up as Santa! Janae was really interested in what your elf was doing, too :)

Sounds like you are really getting into the fun side of Christmas. I can't believe it is less than 3 weeks away. I know a lot of people up here that wear slippers and try to pass them off as shoes:0)
