I was ridiculed for not bathing my kids enough (you know who you are--I know you were totally kidding), so I was wondering...how often do you bath your kids? Honestly.
a) every day, no matter what
b) whenever they get dirty
c) whenever I have time (or get around to it)
d) a couple times a week
e) I'm supposed to bath my kids??
I can't keep up with how often my kids get dirty...I am NOT willing to bath them 3 times a day and with Tyson that is really what I should be doing. No one better make fun of him at church for still having the tattoo on his cheek from Friday, right?!

I'm kind of funny with baths. I will bathe my kids every night, IF at ANY time during the day they went outside to play. I can't stand the smell of sweaty kids:)
I bathe my kids every other night. Sometimes if they get nasty then I'll do it more, sometimes if we are out late I will skip one.
We do exactly what Jessica said in her comment. Occasionally, if they just have dirty feet, and it's not bath night I will just wash their feet in the tub.
Well if they play after school, then they HAVE to have a bath since they are practically wearing the entire playground!! We do baths every night lately since it's been nice out and they have been playing outside so much. But with the tattoo thing, they take forever to come off. My kids will have the same tattoo's for weeks, but they do bathe, the tattoos just don't come off.
Okay, honestly? I'm gonna have to go with C... I sort of go through phases. I'll go weeks where I bathe them every night and then if there is a week where I'm a little more busy, then they might only get one or two baths the whole week. I know I should do it more, but... I don't. But in my defense, my kids only play outside two or three days a week since we don't have a backyard. (I know, it's a weak defense.)

Geddy gets a full on bath only once or twice a week. Occasionally three times. It is just such a production as he has to have bubbles (our bathtub has some black spots that kind of freak him out if he sees them) and tons of toys. He doesn't play outside much so he doesn't get very dirty. I do however, wash his hands, face and feet several times a day with a washcloth.
I forgot one thing. What kind of tattoos do you use? Scott is always putting tattoos on Geddy and they come off very easily in the bath with just a little scrubbing with his Johnson's Baby Wash.

We do the every other night thing, unless life gets in the way, but we always try to have a bath the night before or the morning of church.
Ok, he wanted that tattoo on his cheek. I had him ask Mommy first. Ha ha. Cooper gets a bath like every other day unless filthy or after a doctor's appointment.
I try and keep up with the every other night schedule (same as Jessica & Owen). Sometimes I'll forget on bath night and do it the next night. We always wash our kids Sat night or Sun morning before church and we wash faces and hands every night before bed. Austin still sucks his fingers so I wash his hands a lot cause it grosses me out to think about what he could be putting in his mouth! :o)
