Mike made up for being gone on my birthday by bringing me home this:
(This is a painting he bought outside the Louvre in France. It also came with a great story of how many times it almost got lost on the way home)
And by ordering this:
(This is another favorite book of my childhood. It is out of print and I was never willing to fork out the money to buy a used copy...so Mike did it for me)
Not to mention my "Paris" hoody and Belgium chocolates:)

Wow--Mike did great! I'm starting to wish Jason could find a landscaping conference in Europe somewhere. . . .
I love that painting...it's gorgeous!!!
How thoughtful. That painting is awesome! Good taste.
Good job Mike! :)
We think "they" never listen, at least Mike does, I still don't know about your father! They were very nice and thoughtful gifts--you deserve them, Anita:)
Wow, he did good! I am so glad you have someone who takes such good care of you! Beautiful Painting- where are you going to put it?
